After nine years, American troops finally leave Iraq. The good news is met with great concern that this would open the possibility of a new conflict, this time against Iran.

The last convoy of U.S. troops to leave Iraq border in Kuwait. This put a final end to the war that former U. S. President George W. Bush launched against Saddam Hussein.

However, almost 4500 deaths in 2003. In the midst of war, the U.S. had deployed 170,000 soldiers in Arab countries.

Although the war ended questions about Iraq's future remain. There are serious concerns that the American troops to withdraw in time, when there is no assurance that Iraq will remain a stable democracy.

Nevertheless, President Obama fulfills his campaign promise to end the war by the end of 2011
